This clinical study is being conducted at the Rennes University Hospital (CHU of Pontchaillou) and proposes a connected Adapted Physical Activity (APA) program to all patients undergoing androgen suppression and to analyze the impact of this type of program in terms of medium-term adherence and quality of life. The main objective is to analyze adherence to an APA program in patients with prostate cancer undergoing hormone therapy in terms of maintaining activity.

Primary judgment criterion: proportion of patients having completed at least 75% of the proposed program (in terms of intensity and duration) at 6 months (T6) and 12 months (T12).
